Mission Statement

Community Advocate Program Services (CAPS) is a small grass roots non profit company that advocates for the homeless, low income and those who find themselves in unusual circumstances caused by lose of employment, others find themselves out on the street because of catastrophe medical problem, they have used all their savings and find that they have no where to turn, these are just a few of the reasons for homelessness.

This is our opportunity to help eliminate homelessness by take a well established method of having job fairs and aiming them to specifically to target  those who have been homeless and unemployed for an extended length of time.

CAPS desires to help by giving a hand up not a hand out, we believe if you present those who have suffered a lose of job, home or any other of kind of problem, that has lead to their current situation of homelessness they are more likely than not to take the chance to rehabilitate themselves, to this end we offer not just employment opportunities, but the necessary clothing and other items need to maintain the job once they get one.
